The heart of Waseca’s arts and culture scene is the Waseca Art Center. It offers the opportunity for all people to understand and value the arts. Through exhibits and various programs, the center presents a welcoming and diverse experience that encourages questioning, creativity and critical thinking. The center houses two galleries, gift shop and basement classroom space. Guest speakers, as well as intimate concerts, plays and readings are featured at the Art Center

Other arts and culture opportunities include concerts by the Waseca Chorale as well as Waseca Junior-Senior High School band, choir and drama performances throughout the school year. Musical acts are often performed throughout Waseca’s bars and outdoor venues.
